Ok guys, so I just removed my old blower motor this morning on my 69 GTO and the hampster wheel for the blower motor is rusty. Is there a replacement for this that I can pick up somewhere from an auto parts store?

I checked OReilly and they didn't have a part listed. I figure I can probably use the old one again, but I would prefer to replace it. I had another thought though. I am actually going to the powder coater today to drop off parts. Could I poweder coat the wheel?

One last question LOL. What do you guys use to seal in the new motor?

Get in contact with the manufacture of the blower.

Napa is who carries the blower. I just don't understand why it wouldn't list on an auto part websites. I just decided to throw in the old hamster wheel with the box going to the powder coater so that solved that lol.

Thanks for the reply though!

I am using the guy who South Coast Paint and Body uses. I am unsure of the vendors name, but he does good work. I will post pictures when I get the parts back, which should be today.

Got all the parts back and they looked great. I was able to powder coat the blower motor wheel and reinstall it back in the car last week.

This pictures kind of tells how big of a PITA it is to change out the motor.
