Sadly to say, I got my *** handed to me by a Ferrari F430 today. Frankly it's the first time I've personally seen a Ferrari go fast...possibly because of the vaginasaurus in the p***enger seat he had to impress. We finally got a clearing on Memorial drive at Westcott all the way to Sabine, he had me from the get go but not by much, but as speeds increased so did his lead. He handled the curves quite well while I felt bouncy and skipping along the rough bumps and curves along Memorial. We both wised up and slowed down just before the HPD Memorial site, he took Allen Pkwy, I took Washington back home.
I formulated a new goal at that point...make my Z06 a Ferrari killer at a fraction of the cost!
Terry at Vettech has started me off....and we are headed to more and more upgrades and power...his work has been impeccable, so I look forward to bestowing my goal upon his expertise!
And hopefully, the next time I see a Ferrari go fast (10 years from now I'm sure) I will be ready, and he will be eating my exhaust!!!
